SEIRO is a founder-led software studio. We build custom products, platforms, and automation for founders and teams. These three principles guide every engagement.
- OUTCOME OVER INVOICE
If the scope is too big, we cut it. If the idea will not work, we say so before you spend. Most studios earn more when projects grow. We are structured around the opposite.
- DEFINITION BEFORE CODE
Workshops are not a deliverable. Before development starts, you get a scope map, named trade-offs, and a fixed budget for the phase. Across engagements we typically cut 30 to 60 percent of what was originally planned.
- BUILT TO EVOLVE
Priorities change and that is expected. We deliver in phases so each release stands on its own. When direction shifts, we re-scope and re-estimate together before new work begins.

I started SEIRO after seeing the same pattern again and again: large teams, heavy process, talent that didn't match the invoice. The same project could have shipped in half the time with half the team. Not because the work was easy, but because bureaucracy sat between the brief and the build.
