A sales system that follows up on its own.
For a manufacturer that ran on spreadsheets.
The European arm of an international furniture manufacturer wanted to digitalise the company and bet on AI. We started with sales.
Every lead, by hand.
Leads arrived through many channels. Someone typed each one into a spreadsheet. Someone had to remember to follow up. When a business client wanted to buy, a sales agent placed the order for them.
The tools they had didn’t talk to each other, so every step depended on a person moving information from one place to the next.
The directors decided to bet on AI. One department at a time.
The goal was simple: lower costs and get more out of the same team. They came to us to digitalise the company, with the directors setting the direction and each department’s lead at the table.
We started where the manual work cost the most: sales.
Four pieces that work as one system.
| Piece | What it replaces | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | The lead spreadsheet | The sales team |
| B2B shop, connected to Business Central | Orders placed by a sales agent | Selected business clients, buying directly |
| Distributor and agent platform | Spreadsheets and separate tools | Distributors, commercial agents and managers: assign leads, review performance |
| AI layer | Information spread across tools that don’t talk | Staff and clients: find information and take actions, within their permissions |
The follow-up nobody forgets. The quote nobody has to type.
Automatic follow-up on every lead. Quotes prepared automatically. A conversational agent that helps clients find the right product. Business intelligence across sales, in plain questions.
Everything runs through a permissions system: each person, distributor and client only sees and does what they’re allowed to.
What failed on our bench never got here. What passed got here fast.
Everything we had dropped on earlier projects stayed out. What made it in: Jev, from TypeSafe. We put it in our own platform first, where it cut the tools each AI request carries: 8 instead of 19 for a banking question.
The result was clear enough that it was doing heavy work in this client’s system 2 days after we first integrated it. Fast, because it had already proved itself on our own work.
Sales goes live in November.
Nothing is live yet. Here’s what changes for the sales team at launch. We’ll add real numbers after.
